The games, short films and in general the whole contents of e-Zug are indicated with the definition of SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is protected by the laws in force concerning copyright, by the relative international treaties and by the laws and treaties that regulate intellectual property. Each content remains owned by it’s respective author.

Works of “decompiling”, “disassembling” “reverse engineering” or modifications of any sort are not admitted on the SOFTWARE.

The SOFTWARE is supplied free of charge, with the uttermost cure and diligence but we can’t guarantee that it is free of errors or impreciseness nor that it is necessarily right to reach the aims for which it is used. The user assumes all responsibilities concerning the use of the SOFTWARE and therefore in no case e-Zug is to be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage or financial loss to the user or third parties derived by the use of the SOFTWARE.

In any case, every update supplied by e-Zug is submitted to the above mentioned bonds.

The use of the site and/or the games supplied by e-Zug, imply the acceptance of these conditions. If these conditions should not be accepted, access to the site and linked services is prohibited.

e-Zug reserves itself the right to modify and update the contents and terms of use at any time.
